Lena Marchetti

For roughly five years Lena has worked between brand strategy and domain portfolios, and kept coming back to one narrow question: which plain .com would make the biggest difference to which business. Ondine Solutions is where she answers it full time, sourcing exact-match names and placing them with the operators whose service, product or city they name.

The owners and managers she contacts tend to run regional service firms, independent practices and owner-led brands that are moving into new markets. She is genuinely curious about where those businesses are going, a second location, a new county, a product line finding its feet, and her notes tend to start there rather than with the name.

She keeps them short. One name, one figure when asked, one question at the end, and no exclamation marks. If you would rather not hear from her again, a one-word reply does it.

Why Charlotte

The office is a few blocks up Tryon from the Square, in a shared workspace floor of a tower in Uptown. The bank towers make the skyline, but the companies Lena thinks about most are the ones a short drive out: trades and contractors working across both Carolinas, freight and logistics firms along I-85 and I-77, practices opening their second or third location as the region keeps adding people.

Small businesses make up the great majority of firms here, and plenty of them still send customers to an address that is longer than their name. That gap is the whole reason this firm exists.
