Terms
Terms
Revised 1 October 2026. They apply to anyone using this site and to every domain sale made by Ondine Solutions, 525 North Tryon Street, Suite 1600, Charlotte, NC 28202.
Using the site
These pages explain how the firm works; nothing on them commits us to selling a specific name to anyone. Read, print or pass them along freely, but do not republish them elsewhere under another name.
The enquiry form is for real questions. Scripts, mass submissions, workarounds for the human check and abusive messages are refused, and their sources may be blocked.
Quoted figures
Figures are quoted by email, one .com at a time, to a named company, in US dollars, for the name alone. A quote holds while we are still talking and never rises for the company that received it. Whoever's payment reaches escrow first buys the name.
Paying
All purchases run through a licensed escrow company: you pay it, on its terms, and Ondine Solutions covers its fee. We receive the money only once you have told escrow the name is in your account.
Delivery
The transfer to your registrar begins when escrow reports your funds received, as a rule the following working day. Registrars have their own rules and timings, which may add a few days. Should delivery prove impossible, escrow refunds you in full and the purchase is void.
Afterwards
Ownership passes to you completely. Yearly renewal with your registrar, at its rate, is yours to keep up; the firm retains no claim on the name and asks nothing more of you.
No promises of results
Owning a name is not a promise of visitors, rankings or sales, and we make none. This firm does not give legal advice either: before buying, a trade mark lawyer can tell you whether a name might clash with someone else's rights.
Governing law
North Carolina law applies, and disputes belong before the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, except where the escrow company's terms govern the payment itself.
